Is the self-signed certificate the reason why IE won't show me the webpage, and if so, how can I get it to show it to me? I don't know if I have the Root certificates update installed. How could I find it to install it? As for Windows updates, the ones that are labelled "important" are automatically installed.

The machine is an IBM net vista P3 running XP pro with 1/2 gig ram, and when I installed the new card I get nothing on the monitor when I restart.
